London Project update

You may have seen our earlier update about the London Project Plan - developed in partnership with Pall-Ex to ensure that supply issues in the London area are addressed. Pall-Ex are the 1st pallet network to provide high service levels into London without relying on multi-network operators. The project is also designed to ensure that the whole supply chain benefits from this arrangement.

Our MD, Steve Swinburn said "London has always provided a unique challenge to palletised freight delivery, with success rates below national average, Harbour and Pall-Ex do not deem this acceptable. This new plan should reassure customers, depots and delivery partners that this issue is being tackled with good outcomes for everyone."
