Supporting communities
Across the network, we collaborate to support local and national initiatives. This includes making a donation for every pallet which goes through our Leicestershire Hub. Through this scheme, we and our Pall-Ex partners have supported essential charities such as Transaid and the Carers Trust.
Greener haulage
We are continually looking for ways to reduce the carbon footprint of our overnight and same day freight services. As part of the Pall-Ex network, we commit to the following:
Ensuring optimised vehicle fill, making sure the maximum goods are delivered in the least miles possible
We store all documents on the cloud, and use technology wherever possible to reduce and eliminate the need for paper
Creating partnerships with other likeminded organisations in the supply chain, working together to minimise our footprint wherever possible
